Modular House was designed with the simple idea of making a house in modules that can be easily modified for different terrains. The house is design using a 3m x 3m (10ft x 10ft) grid, infilled with pre-fab panels to form walls.

The benefit this design receives from being modular is the ease of construction and adaptability of the design for different locations. Each space is encapsulated in a single module and can be reconfigured as needed. This increases the speed of construction while keeping cost down.

This project consisted of an open plan living space, two bedrooms, bathrooms and large upper deck.
